Evangelism and Discipleship
- Conduct outreach programs to share the Gospel message with the unsaved.
- Facilitate Bible studies, discipleship and mentorship programs to nurture new believers into devoted followers of Christ.
- Develop and deliver training programs for volunteers and staff to equip them for effective outreach and discipleship.
Empowering Missions
- Develop and provide resources and training programs to equip believers for missions work.
- Offer support and guidance for local and international mission trips.
- Provide training for volunteers and staff in mission preparation, cultural competency, and cross-cultural communication.
- Foster a network of missionaries and mission organizations to share best practices and encourage collaboration.
Meeting Needs Practically
- Organize food items/material items distribution programs to assist those in need within and outside the community
- Partner with local and international organizations to address hunger and other practical needs.
- Integrate acts of service with sharing the Gospel message to demonstrate Christ’s love in action.
Collaboration and Partnership
- Identify and connect with ministries, mission bodies, and fellowships with similar goals.
- Develop collaborative projects and initiatives to amplify the reach of the Gospel.
- Foster ongoing communication and support for partner organizations.
Sustainability and Growth
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure resources for ongoing operations and future initiatives.
- Develop and deliver training programs for volunteers and staff in areas such as evangelism, communication, and project management.
- Recruit and train additional volunteers to expand outreach and support services.
- Cultivate a strong donor base and build lasting relationships with partners.
- Continuously evaluate and improve programs to ensure effectiveness and maximize impact.
