We were at Cruise Memorial College, Mopa, Ilai Community Grammar School, Ilai, and Local Government Secondary School, Okeagi, distributing copies of the RSV Bibles and copies of “The Gospel of Jesus Christ” written by Paul Washer. These resources went to some of our brothers and sisters who came to faith in Christ during the last Iyinfest Teenagers Conference held at Mopa, as well as other fellowship members of the FCS (Fellowship of Christian Students) who do not have Bibles. The Bibles were donated to us by WBC, NSW, while the books were donated by Lux in Tenebris.
This first phase of the distribution covers 5 schools. We will continue the distribution to other schools when they resume in May and by God’s grace. It was delightful to see the Bibles and Books handed over to the students. The joy they expressed was overwhelming. Many of them have never had a Bible in their lives.
We thank God for the resources He’s providing in His own way for this mission work. We are also grateful for the partnership and support we are receiving from different Churches, bodies, and individuals. Currently, we are reaching out to about 35 secondary schools across Yagba Land. We are grateful to our team of dedicated volunteers for their sacrifices.
