Isanlu Victory College, Ilafin, is one of the schools we’re reaching out to. This school is often neglected and excluded from programs due to its location. They were overjoyed when we shared our plans with them.
Last year, our team arrived to find only 7 students out of a usual 50-60. We learned the others were sent home for unpaid school fees. With the economic hardship in mind, we felt compelled to pay their fees. After all, how can we teach them God’s Word if they’re not in school?
We were able to clear all the students’ outstanding fees, even those owing for a whole session. They were incredibly happy and grateful. It filled me with joy to extend God’s love to these students. While we don’t know what the future holds for them, we’re glad to be a part of their journey and development.
